How can I heat up my mobile home as cheaply as possible this winter?

I live in a single-wide mobile home in zone 4, where it gets very cold, and the heating system for my home uses propane gas, which gets very expensive to run in the cold winter months, sometimes as high as $375.00 per month! Does anyone know about those electric machines that you put in your living room that heats up the whole house ( I don't mean “space heaters”) that are safe, and do they cost a lot less money to run? I have already had my home weatherized, underneath it and the windows and doors, etc. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Propane is a lot cheaper than any electric heat. Get a contract on your propane to lock in the price for the entire winter. Call the supplier and ask about it. Mobile homes are hard to heat.
