Seller of home won't honnor an accepted purchase agreement?

We decided to buy a home that we were lokking a for some time. We contacted the realator and they shown the house to us and we liked it. We put an offer in on the house and the seller accepted the offer. The problem is now the seller wants way more momey than what was offered on the signed written offer. Can they do that? What should we do?

As long as the seller was not coerced into signing the contract, they are bound to honor it's terms. A letter from your attorney may be enough to get them to comply. In the end, you can sue the seller for “specific performance” and force them to honor the contract.

Good luck with your problem.
